Apple Coffee Cake

margarine, softened

salt
1/4 tsp.
125ml
skim milk
1/2 cup
125ml
raisins
1/2 cup
 
apples, peeled and sliced

cinnamon
1 tsp.

Directions

  • Beat margarine, egg whites and vanilla until light
  • Combine flour, 1/2 cup splenda, baking power and salt
  • Add flour mixture and milk alternately to egg mixture, beating after each additional until smooth.Stir in raisins
  • Spread evenly into 8 inch baking pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Arrange apple slices on top of batter
  • Combine 1/4 cup Splenda and cinnoman sprinkle over apples
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes cool cake in pan. Serve warm or cold
