Seafood Caesar Pasta Salad

Enjoy the robust flavos of traditional Caesar salad in a new version featuring penne pasta and crabmeat

uncooked penne pasta
3 cups
package ( 8 ounce imitation crab meat)
diced red or green bell pepper
1/2 cup
hard cooked eggs, chopped
chopped red onions
1/4 cup
grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup
snipped fresh parsley
2 tlbs
(8 ounce) reduced fat creamy Caesar salad
1 bottle
thinly sliced romaine lettuce
6 cups


  • **** pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold running water using a large Colande
  • Cut crab meat into 1 inch pieces and dice bell pepper. chop eggs and red onion.
  • Add eggs, crab meat, bell pepper onions cheese and parsley to pasta in bowl
  • Pour salad dressing over pasta mixture mix well Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours to allow flavor to blend
  • To serve fill serving bowl with lettuce Spoon pasta salad into center of bowl
