A nice treat and very easy to prepare

|1||can 7 oz chunk tuna rinsed and drained||
|25 g||mozzarella cheese, shredded||
|125 ml||chopped celery||
|25 ml||sweet pickle relish||
|freshly ground pepper||
|6||slices whole wheat bread or 3 english muffins, split in half||
- In a bowl, combine tuna,mozzarella cheese, celery and relish. Season with pepper to taste.
- Toast bread slices, Place on a baking sheet Spread 125ml ( 1/2 cup) tuna mixture on each slice.
- Bake in a 190* C ( 375*F) oven for 10 min or until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately cut in half for meal size servings, in quarters or sixths for snack size serving.
Makes: 6 meal size servings or 12 snack size servings.
